Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon iodized salt

Method

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 425°F.

Step 2

Sift flour & cornmeal into a mid-sized mixing bowl.

Step 3

Add the eggs, milk, and salt to the powder.

Step 4

Using a countertop mixer or large spoon, mix the contents in the bowl until a thin batter forms.

Step 5

Grease each cup in a muffin tin and pour an equal amount of batter into each of the cups.

Step 6

Place the muffin tin into the oven and allow the bread to bake for 12 minutes.

Step 7

After removing the tin, dump the batter bread muffins and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
